Opportunities for Alumni in 2019

Credo is thrilled to be celebrating 20 years of developing the source, acknowledging the source, and responding with service throughout our 2018- 2019 Season. You, our alumni are at the heart of why Credo exists, so we want you to be able to join the celebration as completely as you can! There are four ways you can be involved this year:

1) Create your own project where you live

From January through June 2019, Credo alumni around the country are invited to celebrate by setting up performances and service projects in your communities, whether on your own, with friends, or with Credo alumni in your area. The Credo Office is ready to help you however possible - brainstorming ideas, connecting you with alumni in your area who you may not know, or whatever else we can do to make this celebration of music and service a success!

Contact outreach@credomusic.org right away if you are interested in leading or being part of an alumni project. We're hoping Credo alumni can create or take part in a total of 20 projects, one for each year of Credo's existence!

One exciting and easy way you can be part of a project this year is to participate in Bach in the Subways, an international celebration of Bach and sharing music in the every day places of your community! Click here to learn more about this project, or use this link to register your performance, which must take place between March 21 and March 24, 2019.

 2) Go on a Credo Mission trip

Combine music and service on a trip to Beaumont, Texas (hurricane recovery) or the Dominican Republic (relational ministry) in June 2019. Click here to learn more about these opportunities and how to apply to participate.

3) Credo Alumni Weekend in Oberlin: July 10- 13, 2019

Join PSlo in Oberlin for a chance to revisit your favorite spots around town, reconnect with other alumni, and participate in seminars, service projects and performances! You'll also get to see many of the wonderful faculty who you worked with as a Credo student. Click here for a complete list of the 2019 Festival faculty. We'll also be sending out updates as people sign up so you can see which of your Credo friends will also be attending!

We might be able to reserve dorm housing for you, but you might also find a great deal through Airbnb or by splitting a hotel room with other alumni returning.
