Messiah Sing Along

We hope you will join us for this favorite holiday tradition! Come and sing along with us or just listen and enjoy Handel's beloved Messiah. The concert will feature soloists and musicians from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.

Your participation and generosity will help those in need this winter: homeless families. During the concert a free-will offering will be collected with all proceeds benefiting Family Promise of Lorain County

About our benefiting charity: Family Promise of Lorain County

Family Promise IHN of Lorain County is a local non-profit organization that addresses the needs of homeless families in Lorain County by providing shelter, meal and support services through networks of congregations and volunteers.

The Lorain County Family Promise IHN program utilizes a cost-efficient and effective community response to the local declining housing situation. They strive to provide a way to house families who are experiencing homelessness by uniting 5 distinct components:

  • host congregations
  • volunteers
  • social service agencies
  • a day center
  • transportation
