Messiah Sing Along

Thank you to everyone who joined us for one of our 2018 Messiah Sing Along concerts! This year’s installments of Credo’s annual tradition resulted in two memorable and joyful performances, one in Oberlin and the other in Chicago- a natural outcome of the community coming together not only to enjoy and participate in beautiful music-making, but to generously support a local ministry.

Check back soon for the dates of Credo’s 2019 Messiah Sing Alongs! Both performances (Oberlin and Chicago) are free and open to the public. Messiah scores can be rented for $5 at the door. A free will offering is taken at the Chicago performance to benefit the Harmony Food Pantry, a ministry serving the North Lawndale community in Chicago. At the Oberlin performance a free will offering is taken to benefit Neighborhood Alliance's Haven Center, a ministry serving homeless families in Lorain County, Ohio.

We are grateful for all of the musicians and volunteers who give generously of their time and talent to make these performances possible, as well as our partner organizations: Oberlin College and Conservatory, Grace Lutheran Church in River Forest, IL, Harmony Food Pantry, Neighborhood Alliance's Haven Center, and Family Promise of Lorain County.

Want to practice ahead of time?
